- Log in to Instagram.
- Click on the plus icon at the bottom of your screen as you would normally do while creating a post.
- Select the video from your camera roll.
- Tap the Next icon in the top-right corner.
- Find the Trim icon at the bottom of the screen and press on it.
- Now start cutting your video.
- Keep in mind that you can change your video’s thumbnail by clicking on the Cover icon on the right.
- Once the video is ready, hit the Next icon in the upper-right corner.
- The only thing left to do is to upload your video.
