Follow these steps and you will figure out how you can do it:

1. Go to your Instagram profile tab and press on the plus icon at the top of the screen.
2. Choose the Story option.
3. Once the Story camera screen opens, click on the gallery icon in the bottom-left corner and upload an image or video from your camera roll.
4. After that hit the stars icon at the top of the screen.
5. Select the filter that you like and tap Done in the upper-right corner.
6. Now you can also insert stickers, draw or write something on your video.
7. When your Story is ready, click on the Send to button and share it to Instagram.
