Just follow these steps and you will be able to limit YouTube App usage:
- Open up YouTube App and login to your profile if you haven’t already.
- Click on your profile picture at the top right corner of your screen.
- From the appeared menu, select “Settings”.
- Go to “General” tab.
- You will see the first option named “Remind me to take a break”. Turn it on by switching the toggle on.
- Set reminder frequency. I will set it for 10 minutes, it means that I will get a notification from YouTube every 10 minutes reminding me to take a break from YouTube.
