  1. Open up YouTube App and login to your profile if you haven’t already.
  2. Click on your profile picture at the top right corner of your screen.
  3. From the appeared menu, select “Settings”.
  4. Go to “General” tab.
  5. You will see the first option named “Remind me to take a break”. Turn it on by switching the toggle on.
  6. Set reminder frequency. I will set it for 10 minutes, it means that I will get a notification from YouTube every 10 minutes reminding me to take a break from YouTube.
