Simply follow these steps and you will figure out how it’s done:
- Go to your Instagram profile page.
- Press on the three lines icon in the top-right corner of your screen.
- Tap the Settings icon at the bottom.
- Click on the Business section.
- Hit Quick replies.
- If you want to create your quick reply, tap the New Quick Reply or the plus icon in the top-right corner.
- Now type in your message and a keyboard shortcut. Keep in mind that a shortcut cannot include any spaces.
- After that hit the checkmark icon.
- In case you want to remove your quick reply, then tap to open it.
- Hit the Delete Quick Reply.
- What is more, once you have created a quick reply, you can add it into a message. So, go to the direct messages inbox.
- Open a conversation.
- Find and press on the plus icon in the bottom-right corner.
- Tap the chat icon.
- As you can see, from this window you can also create a new quick reply by clicking on the plus icon.
- However, in order to insert a quick reply to your message, then simply hit the one you have created and it will be automatically added into a message window.
