Facebook Support Phone number
Facebook has a public phone number 650-543-4800 which you can call to. However, as I tested, by calling this phone number you only get a voice recording.
By following all of the steps you will still won’t be connected with a real person and be prompted to send an e-mail with your questions.
So, I don’t recommend using this option because you will not be connected to a real person and will still not get answers to your questions.
Facebook Support E-mail
While contacting Facebook via phone support the recording said that I should contact Facebook via e-mail press@fb.com (for media related reasons) and records@fb.com (for law enforcement reasons).
However, I have also found that you can contact Facebook via e-mail if your Facebook account got disabled or you have any other issues with it (disabled@facebook.com & appeals@facebook.com).
Please keep in mind that average response time using e-mail support is very long, it takes approximately 2 – 4 days to get a response.

Facebook Help Center
Facebook lets you to use Help Center on their website https://www.facebook.com/help/ and this is the best option to use if you need fast support from Facebook. Even when you call or e-mails Facebook, they will tell you to use Facebook’s Help Center on their website first.
You should find answer to your question just by searching for it at the Help Center. You will also be able to ask a question there and someone from the community should answer it.
However, there is no guarantee that someone will write a reply to your question.
