Simply follow these steps and you will be able to do it:
- Open up Instagram app and login to your profile if you haven’t already.
- Click on your profile picture at the top left corner to go to stories.
- Now go all the way to the right side and go to search to browse for more effects.
- Click on search icon at the top right corner and search for “Voice effects”.
- Click on the first effect option and click on download icon at the bottom. Now this effect will be saved to your camera.
- If you want to try it right now then just click on “Try it”.
- Select one of the sounds which you would like to use. I will just choose a robot option.
- Now just click on the button and record your voice. As you can see my voice has been changed to robot’s voice.
