1. Growth metrics

Under the “New Members” header you can see the amount of new members who joined your Facebook group in the last 28 days. What is more, you are able to view statistics of increase or decrease (in percentage) in your group’s new members.

However, in order to see all detailed information provided in a growth tab, you need to click on the “More Growth Details”. After that you will be redirected to a page where “Total Members” graph is presented. This chart shows how the amount of group members is fluctuating.

Also, you have an opportunity to view growth data for different time intervals. In this case, jut tap on a drop-down menu and select a certain period of time for which you want to see how the number of your group’s members was changing.

In the Popular Times graph don’t forget to use drop-down menu in order to see an engagement level of group’s members at various times for different days of the week.

Analyzing the posts that received the highest engagement, should assist you in understanding what to publish in the future in order to attract users to interact.

3. Membership metrics

Want to better understand your Facebook group’s members? If so, then click on the “More Members Details” and you will get an exact information who your group’s members actually are. Also, you will be aware of who the top contributors are in your group.

The demographic data, which you can receive about your Facebook group’s audience while using membership tab is the following: age, gender, city and country.
