Follow these steps to add time to your Instagram story.
Just go to your Instagram profile and click on your profile picture at the top left corner to add a new story. Take a picture or upload an existing image, click on the sticker icon on the upper screen. After that you will be brought to a new window with different options of stickers to choose from.
Select time sticker. You can tap on it to set different display options. You will be able to drag this sticker and place it anywhere on your story. You will be able to publish this story afterwards.
