How to add a background when you re-share a feed post on your Story?
Just follow these steps and you will find out how it’s done:
- Go to Instagram home page.
- Find the post you would like to re-share.
- Click on the paper airplane icon that is under the post.
- Choose the Add post to your Story.
- Now go to your browser and download a picture for a background or go to the camera roll and open an image that you would like to make as a background.
- Take a screenshot of an image because in this case you will add the picture to your clipboard.
- Go back to Instagram and tap somewhere on a screen.
- Press on the clipboard icon and select a background image.
- Once it is added, hit the drawing tools icon at the top and choose the color at the bottom of your background image.
- After that hold a finger on a screen in order to change your background color.
- Move the shared post at the bottom of a screen.
- Stretch a background image all over a screen, but leave enough space at the bottom in order to pick the post out.
- Now you can edit your Story post by adding stickers, emojis, GIFs, writing or drawing something.
- When your post is ready, hit the Send to button and share it on your Story.
